Rajendra Academy for Teachers’ Education strives to provide qualitative teacher education programmes with professional competence. The College takes into account the prime objective of preparing the teacher trainees with multiple skills for successful execution of the task of nation building. As part of this mission PLACEMENT CELL was established in the College in 2019 for providing   a platform to the successful students in the academics. The institution ties-up with English medium schools in West Bengal and neighbor states for providing better opportunities to talented  trainee teachers  and  sketch out the better plan to organize the Job Fare in College campus in every year.

The PLACEMENT CELL of Rajendra Academy for Teachers’ Education plays a significant role and has been focusing on developing proactive roles among the trainee teachers through knowledge acquisition, techno pedagogic skills and dedication. Competition for employment is increasing day by day as new frontiers of employment are entering in the teaching profession.
